You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. ShadeTree.IT LLC is committed to honoring these requests promptly and in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

2. How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated data, send an email to:

support@cardiacrhythmsim.com

Please include the following in your request:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • Your display name or username (if applicable)
  • A clear statement that you wish to delete your account and data

3. What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon verification of your request, we will delete the following data:

  • Your account credentials and profile information
  • Your email address
  • Custom rhythms you have created
  • Quiz results and learning progress
  • Simulator preferences and settings
  • Any other personal data associated with your account

4. Processing Timeline

We will acknowledge your deletion request within 48 hours and complete the deletion process within 30 days. You will receive confirmation once your data has been fully removed from our systems.

5. Data We May Retain

After account deletion, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

  • Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics that cannot be linked to your identity
  • Records of transactions (if applicable) as required by tax or accounting regulations
  • Information necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements

6. Third-Party Authentication

If you used a third-party social login provider to access the Service, you may also manage or revoke the Service's access through that provider's platform settings (e.g., Google Account settings, Facebook Settings).

7. Data Deletion Request for Third-Party Sources

If you wish to request deletion of any manipulated or derived data that originated from our data sources (such as the PhysioNet ECG Arrhythmia Database), please contact us at support@cardiacrhythmsim.com. We will review and process such requests on a case-by-case basis.
